The city’s stock exchange saw around $32 billion in IPOs in 2018, and looks set to win the global listing crown. Unfortunately two thirds of the year’s flotations are trading underwater already. Robyn Mak talks to Pete Sweeney about Hong Kong’s secondary market problem.
